However, we want you to love your purchase. Please review our guidelines below regarding exchanges and damaged items.
1. No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for "change of mind," incorrect size selection, or minor color variations due to screen settings. We encourage you to check our size guides and descriptions thoroughly before completing your purchase.
2. Exchange Options
We understand that sometimes the fit isn't quite right. We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
* Timeframe: You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
* Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
* Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong product:
* Please email us immediately at brookins.clothing@gmail.com.
* Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item.
* Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
